The movie that had us on the edge of our seats, A Quiet Place, is finally getting a sequel and we can't keep our excitement silent about it, especially with the newly-released teaser and poster!
Last 2018, we saw how the Abbott family struggled to survive in a world plagued by noise-sensitive monsters. Next year, the silent nightmare continues in A Quiet Place Part II.

The teaser didn't reveal much about the upcoming film, and we can only tell that the family will be going out on a journey. But if their home wasn't safe from the murderous creatures, we can only expect more dangers to come their way in this sequel. Here's the official synopsis for the film, followed by the official poster:
"Following the deadly events at home, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) must now face the terrors of the outside world as they continue their fight for survival in silence. Forced to venture into the unknown, they quickly realize that the creatures that hunt by sound are not the only threats that lurk beyond the sand path."
The synopsis teases other threats besides the monsters we've seen in the first film and the official poster faces the Abbott family on what looks like a settlement outside the forest. Does this mean that they'll be meeting new people, which if we base on other films and shows about human survival, rarely ends well? All our questions may be answered when a full trailer comes out on New Year's day, as they have announced on social media. For now, we can only guess.
A Quiet Place Part II is directed by John Krasinski who also starred as the Abbott family's father. Reprising their roles are Emily Blunt as Evelyn, Millicent Simmons as Regan, and Noah Jupe as Marcus. The film is set for a March 20, 2020 release.
