Directed by Taika Waititi, it is the sequel to 2011's Thor and 2013's Thor: The Dark World and the seventeenth film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It is set four years after the events of Thor: The Dark World and two years after those of Avengers: Age of Ultron. Held captive on the planet Sakaar, Thor must win a gladiatorial duel against the Hulk without his hammer Mjolnir to be able to return to Asgard. There he also needs to stop Hela, the Goddess of Death, and the Ragnarök which could end the Asgardian civilization. It stars Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson, Karl Urban, Mark Ruffalo, and Anthony Hopkins.
Directed by Dennis Padilla, the film tells the story of a jeepney barker who falls in love at first sight with a beautiful girl. It stars Empoy Marquez and Shy Carlos.
