An American vigilante action film, Death Wish reimagines the 1974 film of the same name based on the 1972 novel written by Brian Garfield.
Dr. Paul Kersey is a surgeon in Chicago who becomes a vigilante when his wife and daughter are viciously attacked by robbers in their suburban home. With the police overloaded with other crimes to solve, Kersey who wants revenge, take matters into his own hands and hunts for his family's attackers for justice.
