Warner Bros. has just released the trailer to the new Clint Eastwood film Cry Macho. In this film, the 91-year-old icon of Western movies is back to redefine the meaning of macho, as he tries to bring a young boy home to his father.

Based on the novel of N. Richard Nash, Cry Macho follows Mike Milo, a former rodeo star who takes a job from his ex-boss to bring home the man’s son from Mexico. During his journey with the young boy Rafo, the old rodeo star is faced with unexpected challenges along the way.
Eastwood also directed and produced the film from a script by Nick Schenk and N. Richard Nash. Starring alongside him are Eduardo Minett, Natalia Trave, and Dwight Yoakam. The film is set for release this September 17 in US theaters and HBO Max.
