Grand Hyatt Manila and the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines partnered up to highlight European cuisines in a week-long celebration of the continent’s fare, featuring award-winning European Michelin Star chefs in the first ever European Culinary Week, happening on 10-16 September 2018.
The culinary journey aims to reignite love for European dishes by setting a stage for authentic European cuisines crafted by the distinguished chefs in the one-of-a-kind and beautifully laid out show kitchen at the Grand Ballroom of Grand Hyatt Manila on the 10th of September for the Charity Gala and on the 12th for Culinaria, the much awaited 5-course meal sit-down event.
The European Culinary Week not only promotes EU food, it also builds a platform for culinary students to work side by side with Michelin Star chefs in one of the world-class kitchens of the luxury hotel in Bonifacio Global City.
