I was very hesitant at first since I really have a very low pain threshold and even an ant bite does bother me a lot! And so I just started off at 12 volts and surprisingly, I didn’t even feel any pain or discomfort. I felt a tinge of ticklish sensation on the first contact but on the next minutes, it’s as if I am just normally submerging my hands to tap water. Later on when I got already used to 12 volts, I upped the ante and tried 15 volts. There is basically no required level of voltage but when you have more severe hyperhidrosis, the higher the voltage will yield the most efficient result.
