Fire Lake Grill has been delighting guests since its opening in March of 2005. Located at the exclusive Cliffhouse Tagaytay, it is one of the few fine dining restaurants one will find amidst the native grills, burger joints and pizzerias prevalent along Aguinaldo Highway. It is a modern, Continental grill that offers an extensive selection of grilled meats and seafood as well as innovative starters, salads, pasta, and of course, desserts. The influence of Asian cuisine provides a depth of flavor seldom found in other restaurants.

Chef Paul Huang left the corporate world to unleash his passion in the kitchen. In 2002, retiring after 20 years in the corporate world, he followed his bliss by taking a course at Heny Sison's Culinary School , where he was selected as "Most Promising Chef." He has since lived up to that title, training with Chef Ariel Manuel of Lolo Dad's and subsequently working for two years at the Mandarin Oriental's Tivoli Grill and Paseo Uno, where he was mentored by the likes of Chefs Norbert Gandler, Humphrey Navarro, and Ernie Babaran.

Recently he has worked in the kitchen of Chef Emmanuel Stroobant of Saint Pierre, the 2007 Le Cordon Bleu Restaurant of the Year awardee at the Singapore World Gourmet Summit; and that of Chef Jusman So's Sage, which elegantly serves up contemporary French cuisine.
