Sometime in 1997, encouraged by the popularity of Italian cuisine in the Philippines, Italian entrepreneur and food connoisseur Antonio Reina developed a concept to open a series of cozy and intimate, yet fun and trendy Italian Restaurants on the islands. Carrying an interior theme ranging from Italian daillies to hip furnishings, the first Bravo! welcomed its guests in December 1998 in Festival Mall Alabang, with Chef Tiziano Cavallini creating age old Italian culinary compositions to the delight of residents in and around Muntinlupa.
Now, Bravo! Ristorante Italiano also serves the offices and residences around Salcedo Village.
