Qubiertos Grill & Restaurant Inc. is a domestic corporation founded by Norman Dizon Gacula, Dorcas Miole and Carmelita Gacula. The name was the result of brainstorming conducted in Tagaytay amongst Dorcas, Carmelita and the latter’s nephews. Instead of using “C” for cubiertos, they thought of using “Q” just to make
it different.

Qubiertos Grill & Restaurant offers Filipino modern cuisine. Most of the menu items are Filipino food favorites from different provinces in our country. Bicol Express and Special Laing from Bicol, Pinakbet, Bagnet and Kambing dishes from Ilocos, Dinakdakan from Mountain Province, “mga iba’t ibang sinugba” from Visayas and Mindanao, and our very own boneless Cebu lechon from Cebu. Plus classic Filipino favorites such as Bulalo, Crispy Pata, Kare-kare and our very own Spicy Lechon Ribs.

The first branch of Qubiertos Grill opened on May 16, 2012 at 117 Kalayaan Avenue, Brgy. Central, Quezon City. After more than 2 years, the owners decided to expand the business and took in John Thomas Yeung, the founders’ friend, as new partner. The 2nd branch opened in October 2014 at 69 D. Tuazon St., Brgy. Lourdes, Quezon City. Due to the popularity of our boneless Cebu lechon and our Spicy Lechon Ribs, we created another brand name and business called Kuya Tom’s Boneless Cebu Lechon by Qubiertos Grill. This is actually a mini- version of our Qubiertos Grill.

The main menu of Kuya Tom’s include boneless Cebu lechon and Spicy Lechon Ribs and only the best sellers of Qubiertos Grill. Within five (5) months from it’s establishment recently, Kuya Tom’s have five (5) branches already and we offering the same for franchising. The branches are located in: Kalayaan Ave., Quezon City, D. Tuazon, Quezon City, White Plains, Quezon City, Granada, Quezon City and
Balanga City, Bataan.

Norman Dizon Gacula is also the founder of the premier and No. 1 valet parking service provider in the Philippines. His valet business has branches in most of the major malls in Metro Manila and in the key cities nationwide. Together with his sister Carmelita Gacula, they manage their valet business in Shangrila Plaza Mall, Greenhills Shopping Center, SM MOA, SM Aura Premier, Trinoma, Robinsons Galleria, and Greenbelt 5 among many others.

But their current baby is Qubiertos Grill & Restaurant and Kuya Tom’s Boneless Cebu Lechon by Qubiertos Grill, especially now that they are franchising their business model already. They intend to expand in major malls nationwide and in key buildings / establishments with food courts.
