The concept of Coffee Dream was developed by its President/Founder, Glenn Anthony O. Soco, at a time when coffee shops in Cebu were hardly ever known. The coffee shop business back then was a new notion in Cebu and at the rest of the Visayas and Mindanao area.

COFFEE DREAM was based on the market reality that more and more business professionals were now looking for a place where they could meet and talk business, with their favourite cup of coffee. There are also those who would simply want to hang-out and relax after long hours of work. And since majority of Filipinos are coffee drinkers by nature, it didn't take long for more people from different walks of life to want to have a decent cup of coffee specially prepared for them.
