The Watering Hole was established in 1995 as the first and only independent brewery in the Philippines. It has over the years evolved into one of the best restobar in MetroManila incorporating fine food & entertainment as major attractions of the place.
Its industrial design includes a laid back & comfortable atmosphere. Customers have a choice of dining in the veranda to enjoy the cool natural breeze or staying inside to listen to music & livebands. The place attracts a variety of clientele, which includes corporate executives, business people, a number of expatriates and just the plain folks who want to enjoy their night out.
The Watering Hole Brewery offers its customers a broad range of classic Filipino food. From dinner food like crispy pata, inihaw na baboy, nilagang baka & sinigang na hipon to name a few. 'Pulutan' like pork sisig, grilled squid, chicken in a basket, our famous baked oysters & a lot more complement well with cold beer. Breakfast buffet which starts at 6am consists of traditional Filipino favorites: tapa, tocino, omelet, fried bangus & a lot more are served until 10am.
