Established in 1985, Harbor View was the brainchild of three good friends who had been in the hotel
industry all their lives. While at the hotel, they were often asked by the guests where to eat and what
to see in Manila. As a result, they often dreamt of opening a place that would be a treat for locals and
tourist alike.
Their dreams were realized when they chanced upon an abandoned warehouse by the shores of
Manila Bay. They immediately fell in love with the place and Harbor View was born. Their goal was
and will always be to offer a different dining experience of great food and service while eating al
fresco with the city's skyline on one side and the breathtaking view of Manila Bay on the other. After
more than eighteen years of service, Harbor View is here to stay.
