It all began on September of the year 1996 when owner Mrs. Peachy Castillo was travelling all throughout Europe and discovered the wonders of the festive celebration of Bastille Day in France, a celebration consisting of fireworks, French cuisine and coffee; inspired by the way the French run their local coffee shops.
