Persian Palate was established in 1989 as a small restaurant in front of Capitol Building Cebu City by Mr. Armand Vatandoost. Since our humble beginnings, the restaurant gradually grows over the years and today there are three branches located in Mango Square Mall, Ayala Center , and Robinson’s Place, all in Cebu City .
