Choi City first opened its doors on the 19th of November 2011. It is the first provincial branch of the Choi chain of restaurants in Manila.

The creative genius behind the Choi restaurant chain is Mr. Choi Tak Pui. This restaurateur hails from Hong Kong. He continues to bring the best of its cuisine to Choi with his frequent visits to the culinary hub.
