Rambla Salcedo recently held a dining experience that harnessed the creative prowess of three chefs: a 6 Hands Dinner featuring a seven-course feast created by Chef Josh Boutwood (Helm, Savage), Chef Alfredo Sangrador Rodriguez (Rambla), and Chef Ignacio Alcala (Las Flores).
The Spanish restaurant hosted the one-night-only gastronomic feast which showcased the two Spanish chefs of Bistronomia group restaurants joining forces with the award-winning chef of The Bistro Group (Boutwood himself grew up in Spain and worked in kitchens there). It was the first time the three chefs are working together to create a dinner menu, and given the very diverse culinary journeys and cooking philosophies of each chef, guests were all the more curious with what kind of modern Spanish-inspired creations their collaboration would bring to the table, one plate at a time.

Codorniu Clasico Seco
Appetizers:

Iberan ham shoulder, salmorejo air baguette

Spanish sausage, foie, onion jam, pan de sal
Starters:

Scallops toast, grilled leek, almonds, romescu sauce

Traditional pasta filled with pork, beef, chicken, duck in white truffle bechamel sauce
Main Course:

Pork and rabbit meat balls, confit lobster, green pea emulsion, lobster oil

Cuttle fish paella, razor clams with garlic and parsley sauce
Desserts:

Cava sorbet, valencia orange and lemon

Crema catalana foam, caramel, salted caramel ice cream, citrus jelly
While these standout flavors are fleeting, as pop-ups and limited engagement dinners are, we can only hope that some of these dishes are given a special space in any of the chef's restaurant's menu so we can grab second helpings. Good news, though: we can expect more chef collaborations and special dinners coming from The Bistro Group and Bistronomia chefs in the future.
