My South Hall is the latest collaboration between The Bistro Group and Chef Josh Boutwood. Dubbed as a “fast-casual dining hub,” it brings together eight restaurant counters, serving different cuisines, all in one place while giving its diners the same dining experience you’d find in upscale restos.
Located at the ground floor of S’Maison in SM Mall of Asia, this hip and modern place is perfect for families, friends, or even individuals who are craving for a diverse selection of food and drinks.
"We wanted a place where we could create a concept that there is something for everyone to love," explains The Bistro Group Corporate Chef Josh Boutwood on why they decided to put up their first food hall concept. "We have full freedom of customizing the experience however we want. That's the beauty of [dining at] a food hall: customization."

WCKD Milk Tea
Price range: P90 to P155
When talking about today's most craved delights, milk tea is definitely a staple on the list. Good thing is, you can enjoy your meal and pair it with a cup of milk tea without having to leave the restaurant's premises. My South Hall's WCKD offers a variety of flavors for their boba drinks, with ingredients straight from Taiwan, where all the milk tea craze began. Check out flavors like the Pearl Milk Tea, Taro, Wintermelon, Black Sugar, Oreo Cheese Cream, Strawberry Cheesecake, and their ultimate recommendation, the Ul-Tea-Mate. CHIX

For folks who prefer American comfort food on their plates, CHIX is at your service! Here they serve a selection of seasoned chicken wings and scrumptious burgers.
