The constantly changing menu created by culinary maverick Boutwood include new offerings include Preserved Under-Ripe Papaya, Cured Iberico Pork Bell in Tamarillo Vinegar; Salad with Tomatoes, Goat’s Cheese and Romaine; Yeasted Malt Waffle & Hot Smoked Salmon and Hamachi Collar, Crab Fat Emulsion & Red Rice Furikake.
