From the folks that gave us a Spanish culinary experience by way of tapas, pintxos, and craft drinks, comes a new restaurant in Legazpi Village, Makati that features grilled meats and seafood (and more Spanish dishes) perfect for sharing.

Txoko is a newly opened Spanish restaurant by the Bar Pintxos group, which also recently opened its first branch in Cebu City. Named after a traditional and exclusive gastronomical society (a sort of secret culinary/cooking club in the Basque Country), Txoko is a new space where people can gather for authentic Spanish food served in generous portions, and enjoy its specialty — asador — meat and seafood cooked on a wood-fired grill.

The restaurant-asador is helmed by Spanish chef Alex del Hoyo Gomez, and the menu consists of traditional Spanish dishes given a modern spin and the chef's own family recipes.
