Pastry Chef Kevin Ong who is the man behind the brand is known for his intricately designed mirror glazed mousse cakes, pastries, and chocolate bonbons. Established in 2019, KO Pâtissier aims to curate delectable desserts and exhibit the combination of French pastry and Filipino flavors.
To celebrate Father’s Day, they have launched a limited edition box of 16 (P1,500) and box of 9 (P900) handcrafted chocolate bonbons. Some of the flavors available are Earl Gray, Hazelnut, Dulce de Leche, Halo-Halo, Leche Flan, Gin Pomelo, and Buko Pie.
