Buffet restaurants always surprise us with their offerings. In this case, Seven Corners has seafood station where you can have the items – crab, tiger prawns, salmon belly, mussels, and more – grilled which you can indulge in. Have them cooked with garlic butter sauce or just the good 'ol salt and pepper. They also have other meats – skewered pork, sausage, marinated chicken, and more – you can have grilled.
A favorite is the pasta station where you can ask the chef to cook you up freshly made pasta. And yes, they make their own pasta! Choose from gnocchi or their fresh filled pasta – salmon, pumpkin, wild mushroom and spinach ricotta. The Italian section also features a 28-inch four-flavored – seafood, sausage, pesto and four cheese – pizza.
Sure, we've already covered most of the stations but what's a buffet without an elaborate carving station? Don't miss out on their meat offerings – a whole rack of ribs, flank steak and the ribeye steak which is a crowd favorite. Douse it with mushroom gravy, peppercorn gravy, chimichurri sauce or a personal favorite, Pommery mustard. This is definitely a meat lover's dream come true!
Grab some chopsticks and enjoy some comforting dishes from the Asian Noodles station. They have a make-your-own Singaporean Seafood Laksa that you can slurp on while thinking of what to get next from the whole spread.
Seven Corners makes sure they cater to everyone so you can expect something more at their carving station other than the beef offerings. Feast on Filipino favorites such as the Lechon Belly and a whole Suckling Pig which are available every day.
What's a meal without any dessert? Give yourself that well-deserved indulgent treat and head over to the dessert station. Choose from their decadent desserts – white & dark chocolate fountain, assorted chocolates, homemade gelato teppanyaki station and miniature cakes. If everything is too much for you, skip the chocolates and check out the fresh fruits and Pinoy kakanin that's perfect to pair with a cup of coffee or tea.
