Along with the launching of their delivery service, Sebastian’s Ice Cream has also released its summer collection of refreshing and fruity desserts. There’s the Strawberry Sansrival, creamy Sansrival Ice Cream with a Strawberry Sorbet Ribbon; Peaches & Cream, Peach Sorbet with rich and fluffy Sweet Cream Ice Cream swirls; and the Mango Sago which is a classic favorite. We have no idea how the sago remains soft but the genius sorbetero Ian Carandang makes it happen.
