MadEats’ latest addition to its growing food concept, Chow Time serves Chinese comfort food that’s can easily be a part of your weekly noms. Their Garlic Sesame Noodles isn’t one to miss (P129/solo; P300/tray good for 3-4pax) which may look simple but is bursting with so much flavor. It is a stir-fried egg noodles dish tossed in a garlicky sesame sauce. It’s so flavorful that you won’t be able to let go of your chopsticks!

If you’re missing Taiwan just as much as I am, Mazendo is your next best bet. Originally from Taiwan, this restaurant specializes in a variety of Taiwanese noodles, dumplings, and rice, and is best known for its piping hot Red Roast Beef Noodle (P350). Pilya’s Kitchen
Are hand-pulled noodles your thing? Then you’re just in luck as Pilya’s Kitchen specializes in hand-pulled biang biang noodles. These noodles are thicker, longer, and wider which means they can hold more sauce! Order the Tingly Cumin Beef (P450), Spicy Pork Dan Dan Noodles (P440), or the newest addition to the menu, Mapo Biang (P420). Get the Spicy Smashed Cucumbers on the side to cleanse your palate!

Ramen Keisuke
A popular ramen chain in Asia with outlets in Japan, Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, Ramen Keisuke finally opened a store in the Philippines. Unlike the usual pork-based ramen we’re used to, they specialize in chicken ramen with a lighter but flavorful broth nonetheless. Every bowl features chicken quarters on top that are marinated, boiled, and grilled for a golden brown exterior.
