Hilton Manila’s Kusina Sea Kitchens restaurant recently re-opened with a fresh and exciting interpretation and presentation of Filipino, Western and Asian flavors served through a Dampa or Market Place. A nostalgic, Filipino 90s Sweets Corner featuring childhood favorites is also highlighted. On Fridays to Sundays, the Kusina team turns up the heat with fresh, catch-of-the-day Lobster Premium Nights and a shored up grilling station with flavorful and tender Chicken Inasal and Pork Liempo, among others.
Kusina also has an ongoing ‘Good Jab’ promotion where fully vaccinated guests may enjoy a 50% discount on its Dinner Buffet selection from Mondays to Thursdays until December 16, 2021 (Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB 129109 Series of 2021).
For guests looking for a more indulgent, authentic Shanghainese dining experience, Hua Yuan Brasserie Chinoise’s Chinese Executive Chef Kevin Xu works the wok with a masterful a la carte selection.
