'Medley Modern Mediterranean' is Opening in BGC, Serving Fresh Grab-and-Go Food

Healthy, home-style Mediterranean food will soon feed the BGC folk when Medley Modern Mediterranean restaurant opens this Saturday, January 26.

"Medley really came from over 40 years of combined experiences by my family, but what I really want to highlight is my experience in the Philippines," shares Israel-born David Tweg, the brains behind this food concept along with his father Michael. Tweg first came to the Philippines in 2016 for a vacation to visit his father who has lived here for five years. "I actually visited El Nido, Palawan, and I thought the place was so beautiful and the people were so friendly that I wanted to live there," he says. "Between me and my father, we came up with a small falafel stall in El Nido." The father and son also started out their food venture in Manila through a small kiosk at the Legaspi Sunday Market, offering Mediterranean snacks. With Medley opening at Bonifacio High Street this January 26, they expand their food offerings and draw inspiration from home-style Mediterranean cooking, spanning three generations of their family recipes.

To keep their promise of bringing only the freshest food to their customers, Medley sources their ingredients directly from local farms and suppliers. The healthy, fresh, and colorful dishes that they offer can also be customized according to the preference and diet of customers, and the service will be quick -- no need to wait for too long to have your fill of fresh and healthy eats! Delicious and nutritious Mediterranean fare will be made convenient so there are lesser and lesser excuses not to eat healthier (they'll help you stick to your 2019 goal of eating better food).

Medley Modern Mediterranean is opening on Saturday, January 26, 2019, at the Ground Floor of Fully Booked, in B6 Bonifacio High Street, BGC. The store will be open daily from 10am to 11pm.
