Preparation Time: 10 min
Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients
  • 125 grams pork thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 sml pc onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chicken liver, cut into bite-sized pcs
  • 1/2 cup shrimps, peeled
  • 1 sml pc carrot, cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup chicharro, sliced into strips
  • 1/4 pc cabbage, sliced into thick strips
  • 2 tbsp kintsay, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 pcs Knorr Shrimp Cubes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pack (240g) pancit canton noodles
How to cook
  1. First, you need to get a pan and boil the pork in 1/4 cup water for 10-15 minutes or until the water dries up.
  2. Next, pour in the oil and begin sauteing the pork until it turns brown in color.
  3. Throw in the onions and garlic next and cook until they are tender.
  4. Now, add the chicken liver and saute them until fully cooked before adding the shrimps. sauce on the side.
  5. When the shrimp changes color, add the carrots, chicharo, cabbage and kintsay and saute for a good 1 minute.
  6. Since the meats and vegetables are done, let’s now make the sauce. Pour the water, Knorr Shrimp Cube and soy sauce into the pan and allow these to simmer until the cube is dissolved well. Give this a nice seasoning of pepper.
  7. We’re almost of there with only a few more steps. Take the meat and vegetables out of the pan and drain them in a strainer or colander before transferring them in a bowl. This ensures that the noodles will cook properly in the stock and that the vegetables are still firm and not overcooked as well.
  8. With the stock still simmering, drop the noodles in. Stir it every once in a while. We need to move it around from time to time to let the noodles absorb all the flavours of the stock. If the noodles have absorbed all the liquid and it’s still not yet tender, water may be added.
  9. Once the noodles are tender, transfer them onto a serving platter and arrange the cooked meats and vegetables on top. And then that’s it! Our Pancit Canton is ready to be served. This dish is best served and paired with some calamansi and soy sauce on the side.

  • 1 pc. Bird’s eye chili, sliced
How to cook
  1. There are different types of pots and pans available in the market with different materials for different usage. No matter how many there are, all are essential in cooking. It is important to know the right cookware to use so you can cook your dish evenly. You will need a medium sized pot for this recipe with a capacity of 4 cups.

  4. You may now pour the dissolved Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay and bring this to a boil. Adjust your heat to low and cook this to simmer before adding the chillies. Stir once in a while then finish by cooking the pork until tender.
  5. Serve this dish hot but make sure you have enough rice for your family because they will definitely crave for more.

  • 2 pcs. egg, beaten
  • 2-3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • ground black pepper
  • 3 pcs. hardboiled eggs
  • cling wrap and aluminum foil for wrapping

  4. The most versatile dishes are the simplest to do. They happen to be very delicious too. Whether it’s hot or cold, and served with your favourite condiment, this is one of the best comfort dishes of all time.

Crispy Pata

Every Pinoy celebration demands a pork-centric centerpiece, and the crispy pata is just that! Make the main course a memorable one by making sure your crispy pork knuckles are properly partnered with lip-smacking dipping sauce: a Knorr Liquid Seasoning vinegar dip complete with all the spices that tickle the taste buds!

Preparation Time: 40 min
Cooking Time: 60 min

Ingredients
  • 1 whole pork pata, cleaned and nails removed
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 2 pcs onions, quartered
  • 1 head garlic, crushed
  • 3 pcs. star anise
  • 2-3 tbsp rock salt
  • water, enough to cover meat
  • rock salt/fish sauce for rubbing
  • oil for frying

Dipping sauce:

  • 1/4 cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 small pc red onion, chopped
  • 1 pc sili labuyo, sliced
  • Pinch ground black pepper
How to cook
  1. It’s impossible not to serve this at least once in a while. It’s so easy to prepare and it’s incredibly flavourful.
  2. Let’s begin by getting a big pot and placing the pork knuckles in with the black peppercorns, onions, garlic, star anise and salt. Fill this with water enough to cover the meat and bring this to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer.
  3. Once the pata is tender, remove from the pot and allow to drain. One way of infusing flavour is by rubbing the meat with salt or fish sauce. Everybody wants crispy skin. To achieve that crispiness, leave the pata in the chiller overnight without cover. In this way, you just want to remove the moistness from the pata and make it dry.
  4. Get a big shallow pan nice and hot. Fill it with oil and turn the heat up to medium high heat. Gently slide the pata in the hot oil and fry until brown and crispy.
  5. What would Crispy Pata be without Knorr Liquid Seasoning-Vinegar Dip. And how do we do that? Just combine all the ingredients for the dip and that’s it! You may add siling labuyo to make it more spicy.
  6. Crispy Pata with Knorr Liquid Seasoning Vinegar Dip is impossible to resist so make sure you have lots of space in your stomach for you will definitely indulge!
