Located atDiamond Hotel's lobby level, Corniche is a 650sqm space which can accommodate up to 210 guests. Upon entrance, you'll instantly notice the wonderful view of the landscaped garden and picturesque rock formation with a cascading waterfall, thanks to their floor to ceiling glass window.
Corniche offers an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet spread and an extensive all-day a la carte menu. The buffet spread is not overwhelming at all with selections from the Asian, Western, Japanese, Indian, and dessert stations which are meticulously prepared by their culinary experts.
Best Time to Visit:
While Corniche's offerings vary daily, they have special dinners that you must check out and look forward to – a seafood feast (Bounty from the Sea) on Thursdays, an excellent selection of meat (Steak Night) on Fridays and a mix of both (Surf & Turf) on Saturdays.

Start Strong with These Appetizers:
Begin your buffet by strategizing which section to focus on before moving forward to the heavier choices. And what better way to start with a selection that's just light to give you more space for more food? Choose from their freshly baked bread, salad, seafood cocktail, cured meats and cheese.
Must Not Miss Meats:
The buffet selection is not that expansive but they have more than enough to cover the most important sections. Similar to other hotel buffets in Manila, Corniche's carving station varies as well. There are days where they offer prime rib, turkey and lamb. On our visit, the spotlight was on a perfectly glazed leg of ham. Other than the carving, there's also the Chinese section which hangs out roasted meats – roasted chicken, barbecue pork and roasted pork belly.
Up for some fresh pasta? They have a make-your-own-pasta station where you can choose any toppings to your liking. Just a few steps from the pasta station is their Paella Negra that is also a cant-miss. With Diamond Hotel having Yurakuen Japanese Restaurant, it is just impossible for Corniche to have an excellent Japanese section so you shouldn't miss out on their serving of fresh rolls, tuna, salmon and tempura.
