From the preparation of the different layers of mascarpone cheese, soft-serve ice cream, cookie crumble and sauce, one glass isn't just picture perfect but one bite will instantly take you to dessert heaven.

In the Philippines, you can choose from their three classic soft-serve ice cream variants: Original Tiramisu (P265), Matcha Tiramisu (P285), and Injeolmi Tiramisu (P265). If you want something simple, order the Original which gives you an introduction to the creamy mascarpone soft-serve drizzled with coffee sauce and dusted with cocoa powder; order the Matcha which is actually the most popular flavor, if you enjoy the lingering sweet and bitter taste; and if you want to try something different, there's the Injeolmi which is finished off with soy bean powder.
Just like other international branches, there's also a special flavor that is only available locally – Midas Touch (P295). It has layers of Filipino elements like ube cake, leche flan, barquillos, and ube sauce. But, what makes it special? Well, it's covered with an edible 24K gold leaf. Go on, indulge and feel like royalty!
Other than the soft-serve ice cream, they also offer hot and cold coffee which you can pair with their cakes available in two flavors: original and matcha; both priced at P275. One serving gives you a mix of mascarpone cheese and cream in between layers of lady fingers and dusted with strong coffee. We are told that even the containers of these cakes are shipped from Korea giving its customers the ultimate Korean dessert experience.
