Food Guide: What to Shop and Eat at the 32nd Negros Trade Fair in Glorietta 4 Makati

The Negros Trade Fair is the Philippines’ longest-running provincial trade fair held annually in Metro Manila since 1985. Now on its 32nd year, they return to Manila to again showcase the best of what Negros has to offer.

Foodies should be doubly excited for this edition of the Negros Trade Fair because this year's theme is Food For Thought -- so expect many booths where you can truly taste the flavors of Negros Island and hear food stories from the Ilonggos and Negrosanons themselves when you visit the fair in Glorietta 4's Activity Center.

Here are some of the interesting things we discovered when we explored the Negros Trade Fair today, so best be prepared with your shopping money and a big appetite!
