The vampire-slaying actress shows she can slay in the kitchen, and her husband proves he's 'all that' in the cooking department, too. In fact, these two celebrities have their own cookbooks.
How could we have missed this, foodies?
Our favorite 1990s Hollywood pair is super #couplegoals: Sarah Michelle Gellar a.k.a. Buffy and Freddie Prinze, Jr. (She's All That), as we know, are happily married. It's been 14 years and counting, and Gellar even shared a throwback photo of the couple during their wedding anniversary last year. The pair first met in 1997 while working on I Know What You Did Last Summer (remember that movie?). What won Freddie Prinze over? Apparently, her love for food and being an adventurous eater. It was a match made in foodie heaven.

The real life celebrity couple proves the way to one's heart is through the stomach, and not only have they been sharing their food and kitchen adventures with their followers on Instagram, they each have published their own cookbook. They're legit cookbook authors, and actually, Freddie Prinze was the first on this–he released his book Back to the Kitchen: 75 Delicious, Real Recipes (and True Stories)
from a Food-Obsessed Actor in June of 2016. Gellar published hers just last month in April: Stirring Up Fun with Food: Over 115 Simple, Delicious Ways to Be Creative in the Kitchen is now available in stores and online. Gellar is also a co-founder of Foodstirs, which offers sustainable baking products that only uses the highest quality ingredients–everything is organic and GMO-free.
So what's cooking in their books? Both cookbooks are family-centered, from homecooking perfect for sharing and date nights, to crafty ideas on how to jazz up dishes when you plan on hosting awesome themed parties. Freddie Prinze, Jr. shares recipes like his son's favorite breakfast and dishes that show off his Puerto Rican heritage (he grew up with New Mexico cooking–think lots of spices, and food like Carne Asada Tacos) in Back to the Kitchen; Sarah Michelle Gellar will help you slay your next home party with creative ideas for Halloween, Valentine's Day, and even a Star Wars themed feast; she'll keep food playful and fun so that your kids will love to eat more (even healthy food like broccoli). Don't know where to start? Check out their Instagram–they often post cooking their own recipes, and maybe you can even try your luck and ask them for some kitchen tips and tricks.
