Lechon Paksiw has chopped Rico’s Lechon simmered in vinegar and garlic, while the Lechon Dinuguan is made with Rico’s Lechon simmered in a rich, spicy, dark gravy made of pig blood. Both are served with white rice and priced at only P99 and P95, respectively.
