Last Sunday, leading comic stores in the Philippines Filbar's and Comic Odyssey unveiled the very first Archie Comics Philippine Exclusive Cover at the SuperManila Pop Culture Convention.
In the cover, the iconic Archie & Friends took a pose at the Rizal Monument whilst enjoying the Filipino favorites halo-halo and isaw. Check it out below:
This cover for Archie & Friends Travel #1 was illustrated by Miguel Mercado, who also made a variant cover for The Amazing Spider-Man #33 recently. The synopsis of the comics had also been revealed at the convention. Check it out below:
"Travel 'round the globe with Archie and the gang! See the world–from The Archies on tour in the Philippines, to Raj's documentary in India, a quick layover with Reggie in Rome, and finally, B&V getting some royal treatment in Canada!"
