Sundays are ever sweeter as Edsa Shangri-La, Manila’s HEAT interactive dining restaurant prepares a festive Champagne Brunch that family, friends and loved ones will surely enjoy. Available every Sunday, the champagne brunch rate is set at Php3,888 net.
The sumptuous buffet spread at HEAT is made even more luxurious with such sensual treats as a fresh oyster, prawn and slipper lobster bar, a decadent foie gras station and some sinful Valrhona chocolate pudding to complement the unlimited flow of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne, sparkling wines, and a selection of red and white wines. A signature Bloody Mary bar is also available for a little extra fun.
Champagne Brunch is served at HEAT from 12 noon until 2:30 p.m. every Sunday. Children ages 7 to 12 years pay half the price while kids ages 6 and below dine with the hotel’s compliments when dining with adult/s.
