Now Open: Milk Trade in Hole in The Wall, Century City Mall

Eggettes, steamed milk specialties, and all things sweet await the dessert lovers in this new stall in Hole In The Wall. Sweet-toothed folk should be excited for this new brainchild of Chefs Miko Aspiras and Kristine Lotilla (Scout’s Honor and Le Petit Souffle fame).

Milk Trade brings in popular Hong Kong treats to Manila, like steamed milk (milk pudding/custard), egg waffles or "eggettes," and Hong Kong milk tea. Their eggettes and custards are are always prepared fresh so that your waffles stay crisp and puddings remain delicate and smooth. For the steamed milk fans, they offer Plain Steamed Milk (P100),  Chocolate Steamed Milk (P100), or choose to have the milk Served with Eggette (add P50).

Steamed Milk here can be ordered as White (plain, milk only) or Yolk (with egg) or Chocolate, while the Eggette (P75) is available in plain/original and flavors like Matcha and Dark Chocolate for a richer treat. Steamed Milk can also be served either chilled or warm, with a delicate skin on top, a film-like finish that is characteristic of Hong Kong's popular steamed milk pudding. To sip, order their Hongkong Milk Tea (P100) sweetened with condensed milk.
