Located at Net Park BGC, this bright and blue restaurant showcases its mastery in souvlaki (roasted chicken, pork, and lamb) and everything that complements their roast meats–from mezzes, salads, down to a cup of refreshing Greek yogurt.
Souv! is the newest food concept of Cyma's Chef Robby Goco, what he considers Cyma's hip little sister that serves up fresh, modern, and progressive Greek dishes. The chef explains that the food here is what is currently being enjoyed in Greece, his recent and frequent trips to the European country serving as delicious inspiration. Loyal patrons of Cyma can expect new flavors and fun twists at Souv!, as well as the top 12 dishes on Cyma's menu featured in the new restaurant. Souv!, like Cyma, still keeps to the Greek cooking philosophy of highlighting good fat, healthy grains, lots of fiber, and low sugar, in their food.
Souv! is short for souvlaki (skewered meats), and here, their menu revolves around spitāfired meat, and everything that goes well with it, offering diners (including low-carb, paleo, and vegetarian foodies) a lot of variety, and fresh bright flavors to make this their new everyday Greek fix.
Raring to go Greek on your next food adventure? Here are some of the modern Greek dishes you can now enjoy at Souv!:
Mezze:
Also known as small plates of savory food, Greek mezze is similar to the Spanish tapas: an assortment of small bites best accompanied with some libation (which Souv! also has, from modern Greek cocktails to affordable Greek wine). With their slew of appetizers, dips, and spreads, you can already build yourself a filling feast without even moving on to their meaty mains.
Salates:
Leave it to Chef Robby Goco to serve up some of the vibrant looking and freshest salads in the metro — he is, after all, at the helm of farm-to-table restaurant Green Pastures, which features crisp and refreshing salad bowls. Salads at Souv! are flavorful and filling enough to be your main course, too.
Best for Lunch:
Drop by by Souv! for lunch and you will get a quick yet freshly made and filling meal combo. You can order your main dish as a pita wrap, a salad bowl with kale and romaine, or a fiber-rich grain bowl served with one side dish of your choice. There's a vegetarian option for the lunch menu as well!
Mains:
As the restaurant's name suggests, roast meats here are a specialty, so try their selection beef, lamb, and pork off the grill, and for seafood lovers, fillet or whole fish is also offered in big plates to share. Or have the all-meat platter so you can try as much protein varieties in one go. Vegetarian options are available too, and all mains come with your choice of rice-stuffed pepper, juicy potatoes, EVOO fries, or briam (mixed vegetables in tomato sauce).
Frozen Greek Yogurt:
Cleanse your palate with Frozen Greek Yogurt (P150) made fresh daily at Souv! Greek froyo here comes in assorted toppings, like Bukidnon Wild Flower Honey, Crumbled Baklava & Honey, Carrot Jam, EVOO and Sea Salt, Orange Saffron, and Feta Cheesecake.
