"Normal is overrated" in the upcoming Netflix Original Atypical. And last Wednesday, Netflix has finally unveiled the trailer to the series which is set to premiere this August 11.

Atypical is a coming-of-age comedy which tells the story of 18-year-old Sam who's in the autism spectrum. He decides that it's time for him to seek independence, find a girl, and fall in love. This changes the way that his whole family deal with their lives, making them wonder what "being normal" really is.
Keir Gilchrist (It Follows, It's Kind of a Funny Story) will be playing 18-year-old and he will be starring alongside Jennifer Jason Leigh, Michael Rapaport, Brigette Lundy-Paine, and Amy Okuda.
Created by Robia Rashid (How I Met Your Mother, Will & Grace), the first season of the series is set to have 8 episodes. The pilot episode will be directed by Seth Gordon.
