Miss Philippines Beatrice Luigi Gomez finished in the pageant’s Top 5, alongside Colombia’s Valeria Ayos.

Sex and the City revival series And Just Like That is finally streaming on HBO Max. It follows Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate from their life and friendship in their 30s to the move complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s. It stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis, who are joined by Sara Ramirez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Chris Noth, and more.
Sonic the Hedgehog 2
The trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog 2 was finally unveiled at The Game Awards held last Friday, giving fans a glimpse of the upcoming star-studded sequel. It follows Sonic, who, after settling in Green Hills, is eager to prove what it takes to be a true hero. Things take a turn when Dr. Robotnik returns with his new partner Knuckles, searching for an emerald who can destroy civilizations. Sonic must then team up with Tails as they go on a journey to find the emerald before Dr. Robotnik.
The film is set to premiere in Philippine cinemas soon.
MAMA 2021
The Mnet Asia Music Awards 2021 has finally happened last Saturday, celebrating all the artists, songs, and albums that were loved by everyone this year. BTS was the big winner in the event, winning 9 awards, including Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, ALbum of the Year, and Worldwide Icon of the Year. Meanwhile, IU took home 3 awards, including Best Female Artist, Best Vocal Performance, and Best Collaboration.

Anne Rice
Anne Rice, the bestselling author known for her gothic fiction, has passed away last December 11. This was announced by her son Christopher, who said that the author passed away “due to complications resulting from a stroke.” She was 80.
Rice is most popular for her debut novel Interview with a Vampire, as well as her series of novels The Vampire Chronicles.
