Pacquiao called up his long-time friend and supporter, Wilson Tieng, President and CEO of Solar Entertainment, to ask for his help. Upon hearing Pacquiao’s request, Tieng worked tirelessly to make this dream into reality. With only two weeks to get the work done, Solar Entertainment was able to assemble a group of partners for a fight coverage never before seen in the Philippines.

GMA ‘s radio station DZBB will exclusively air a live play-by-play account of the fight, “ Tieng announced.
“For those who want to watch the fight live at the comfort of their own homes or in their favorite bars or restaurants, Solar Sports also partnered with the two leading cable providers in the country in SkyCable and Cignal for the pay-per-view and public exhibition airing of Mayweather-Pacquiao,” he added.
The Philippines ‘ largest telecommunications company PLDT will air the fight through their PLDT Telpad services while Smart owns the exclusive mobile streaming rights.
For fight fans that want to experience the thrill of watching Mayweather- Pacquiao at a big venue, Solar Entertainment is providing the feed through major sites such as the Araneta Coliseum, Mall of Asia Arena, SMX, and all the cinemas throughout the country.
Catch-up airing of the fight will also be made available for the subscribers of ABS-CBN’s Iwant TV as video on demand.
