Restaurant Tapenade, Discovery Primea’s all-day dining Mediterranean restaurant, takes flavors from Italy and showcases them at the “Feast of the Seven Fishes.” For PHP 2,800 net inclusive of a glass of Prosecco, guests can enjoy the hotel’s take on this traditional Italian Christmas feast. The menu includes a seafood antipasti buffet at the Salad Room, and a carefully curated three-course meal from the kitchen of Chef Luis Chikiamco.

Other holiday culinary offerings at Restaurant Tapenade include a 3-course Christmas Day Lunch which offers a choice of either Braised Lamb Shoulder or Grilled U.S. Beef Loin fillet as your entrée. A Spanish “Cotillion” Chocolate Cake brings a sweet ending for PHP 2,800 net inclusive of a glass of Cava.
Celebrate the year that was with Restaurant Tapenade’s New Year’s Eve dinner for PHP 3,000 net inclusive of a glass of champagne. An indulgent Pan-Fried Duck Foie Gras starts off the fete, followed by Roasted U.S. Angus Tenderloin Tartuffato. The meal ends with dessert choices which include Hazelnut Ice Cream in Berries and Orange Reduction.
The Gilarmi Lounge which is known for its Filipino-inspired bar fare with a contemporary twist, also gives its usual offerings a holiday touch. For PHP 1,000 net on the afternoon of Christmas, its Holiday High Tea spread features a selection of Gilarmi’s sandwich favorites, scones and Primea’s delicious holiday pudding.
