For an unforgettable evening in paradise, guests are invited to dine at Rima, a Southern European restaurant set in a rustic tree house perched on a forested hill. Italian chef Omar Ugoletti will prepare a specially curated four-course pumpkin menu starting with pumpkin soup, truffle and roasted shrimp, homemade pumpkin gnocchi with passion fruit, razor clams, bottarga, and celery. For the main course, braised Australian beef cheek, foam of pumpkin, spinach and eggplant will be served. Sweetness of pumpkin will serve as a nightcap. The set menu is priced at P2,200+++ per person.
