World-Class Cuisine from Celebrity Chefs at Prince Albert Rotisserie

Guests of Prince Albert Rotisserie at InterContinental Manila will have the chance to try out dishes from celebrated chefs who are part of InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) Culinary Ambassador Panel untilNovember 15, 2015.

Guests of Prince Albert Rotisserie at InterContinental Manila will have the chance to try out dishes from celebrated chefs who are part of InterContinental Hotels Group’s (IHG) Culinary Ambassador Panel until November 15, 2015. There will be a special Culinary Ambassador three-course menu offered at P2500++ inclusive of wine. The menu changes every two weeks with one of the seven Culinary Ambassadors on offer for two weeks. 

Some of the noteworthy dishes to try for this journey are Australian Chef Ross Lusted’s Murray, Chinese Black Vinegar, Bean Sprouts, Ginger and Radish available until September 13, Thai celebrity Chef Ian Kittichai’s Grilled Lamb with Holy Thai Basil available from September 14 to 27, and Singapore Chef Sam Leong’s signature Wasabi Prawns available from September 28 to October 11, Italian Chef Theo Randall’s Beef Carpaccio with Rocket, Pine Nuts, Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Parmesan, and more from the heritage and culinary journeys of Michelin-starred Indian Chef Vikas Khanna, Japanese Chef Takagi Kazuo, and bread & pastries expert Chef Dean Brettschneider.

The Prince Albert Rotisserie is open for lunch from Monday to Friday 12 NN to 2:30 PM and for dinner from Monday to Saturday from 7 PM to 11 PM. In addition to the main dining section, the restaurant has three enclosed salons for guests desiring more privacy.
