Loyal patrons of Italian-American restaurant Italianni's now have over 40 new reasons to say buon giorno each morning. Dubbed Breakfast Creations, Italianni's morning menu is available daily at its branches in Greenbelt 2 and Bonifacio High Street from 7 am to 10:30 a.m.
In the Breakfast Creations, Italianni’s recreates well-loved Filipino breakfast dishes with an Italian flair. Bacon-lovers will approve of their Crispy Pancetta Bacon (P375) that has three, half-inch cured liempo, served with fried rice and sunny side-up eggs. There's also the Primera Tapa (P395) with premium tenderloin beef slices cured in home-style tapa marinade, served with adobo fried rice, then topped with scrambled egg. If you'd rather a saucy day-starter, get the Beef Steak Manilena (P395) with garlic-marinated and sautéed beef tenderloin strips. Their best-selling Eggs Benedict Adobo (P325) brings together the salty-garlicky flavors of adobo flakes, gratinated kesong puti, poached eggs and tomatoes, on two English muffins.

Aside from the Pinoy staples, Breakfast Creations also include essentials like the American platter, complete with golden pancakes, choice of bacon or sausage, and two eggs done any style. Italianni's is also quite skilled in assembling Croque Madame (P275), with eggs, smoked ham, roasted tomatoes, and grilled cheese. Not-to-be-missed, especially by sweet-toothed fans, are their selection of triple-layered buttermilk pancakes: Chocolate and Orange Pancakes (P275), Classic Blueberry Pancakes (P275), and Banana and Walnuts Pancakes (P275).

Bistro Group's corporate chef Josh Boutwood also created a Gourmet Breakfast Selection for those who like their food fine and creative. There's the Prosciutto Ham with Soft Egg and Asparagus finished off with Parmesan sauce. Chef Josh also highly recommends the Homemade Corned Beef Brisket with Potato Omelette.
