Ippudo Philippines is located at the third floor of Mega Fashion Hall, SM's latest and hottest commercial center now being known as home to many firsts in the country: first to have a Michelin starred restaurant (Tim Ho Wan), and first home of many international brands like Osaka Ohsho, Linguini Fini, and soon, fashion brand H&M.

Ippudo is a ramen brand that hails from Fukuoka, Japan. Shigemi Kawahara, founder of Ippudo and 'ramen king,' graced the restaurant's private launch festivities over the weekend. Starting today, local foodies (already a ramen-loving lot with all the ramen outlets available in the metro) can now bowl over flavorful ramen they would only get to order when traveling around Asia (Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Korea, Hong Kong) or happen to crave for a bowl while in Sydney, Australia. Ippudo Philippines promises to deliver an exceptional ramen experience with their Hakata style ramen, distinct in its rich tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. Beginning today, September 10, you can now order best-selling ramens such as Akamaru, Karaka-Men, and Shiromaju, and other Japanese dishes like their Dashimaki Tamago, Hakata-style Gyoza, and the popular Ippudo Pork Buns. Which Ippudo dish are you excited to finally enjoy in our very own shores?
