Insolvent tourist friends Rodolfo (Dolphy) and Ricky (Ricky Belmonte) go out to the sin city to hustle affluent women with Ricky’s charm while Rodolfo sits at the roulette table and bets his last dollar with which Rodolfo fortunately wins a fortune. The two, who decide to paint the town red, meet two Filipinas Dorothy (Nida Blanca) and Delilah (Pilar Pilapil). When the two men have gotten dead drunk, Dorothy steals Rodolfo’s winnings and the two women fly to New York for a shopping binge. But the two men track them down to retrieve the money. The two women fly to London where the two men catch up with them. Rodolfo grabs his attaché of money as Dorothy starts to protest. Rodolfo, who has fallen for Dorothy, lets her have the money but Dorothy’s wounded pride makes her shove the attaché which falls to the freezing river. Then the foursome tour Paris and Rome, until goons run after them.
