The call is open to foreign production companies in business with a Filipino production company or producer on an ongoing project.
The competition is open to filmmakers ages 18-30 years old who have produced at least one short film.
Eligible applicants must be duly registered and accredited by the FDCP National Registry and eligible projects must be directed by a Filipino.
Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is set to screen Cannes Film Festival official selection titles in the QCinema International Film Festival from November 18 to 25.
The workshop series on dossier-making and pitching is exclusive to the FDCP’s selected CreatePH grantees.
The films will be screened for free in TriNoma Cinema in Quezon City and in all Cinematheques Centres nationwide (Manila, Iloilo, Negros, Davao, and Nabunturan) from September 9 to 23.
