Thirty years ago, a group of alien refugees came to Earth, the last survivors of a great disaster on their homeworld. Today, the aliens are living in a slum-like community in South Africa, as a powerful corporation seeks to gain control of their technology. A lone government agent may hold the key to saving the aliens from a grisly fate.
