Champagne Drappier
Champagne has been produced by the Drappier family for eight generations, dating back to 1808. It is regarded as one of the finest Champagne houses in France, producing about 1.6 million bottles per year. Drappier was a pioneer in introducing the pinot noir grape variety in the Aube in the 1890s and this strategic choice characterizes the distinctive style one finds today in Drappier champagnes. Champagne Drappier was chosen by French President Charles de Gaulle for his private receptions in Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, a few miles from Urville, where he resided when he was not at the Elysée Palace or on official business elsewhere. There he discovered Champagne Drappier and chose a cuvée rich in Pinot Noir (80%) which was renamed in 1960 Drappier Charles de Gaulle in his honor.
House Of Kaviari
Located in the heart of Paris, near the basin of the Arsenal and in Ivry, the House of Kaviari is legendary in the world of caviar and haute cuisine where, for 40 years, it has selected only the finest sustainably-farmed caviars at their source, from imperial Beluga to kristal and osetra caviar. Grains are refined in its Parisian laboratories and then presented in individually-numbered tins. Each tin is unique, each caviar an invitation to pleasure, each tasting a moment of pure enjoyment, magical, sensual and unforgettable.
