Mandarin Oriental, Manila takes guests on a culinary journey to Great Britain from February 3 to 9 via an Anglo-Indian food festival at the hotel’s popular restaurants The Tivoli and Paseo Uno. Dubbed “A Taste of British India” and held in partnership with British Food Month, this food festival will allow diners to experience the diverse and exotic flavors which have made Anglo-Indian food one of the world’s most-loved cuisines.

At the hotel’s signature restaurant, The Tivoli, Executive Sous Chef Remi Vercelli and his team will be preparing a classic British-themed Business Lunch, available from February 3 to 7. Discerning diners will have the chance to savour classic dishes such as roast leg of lamb, beef Wellington, traditional bread and butter pudding, among others. The three-course Business Lunch is priced at PHP 1,818. Meanwhile at Paseo Uno, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, a sumptuous Anglo-Indian buffet will be offered for lunch and dinner, featuring an assortment of curries and traditional favourites including: chicken tikka masala, beef vindaloo, mulligatawny soup, kedgeree, shepherd’s pie, an array of English desserts, and much more – all a result of the wonderful collaboration between Executive Indian Sous Chef Laxminarayan Ray and the rest of the talented chefs.
