For its 79th season, Repertory is launching five plays that will intrigue, inspire, captivate, and bring out the inner child of every viewer.
From January 15 to February 7, Repertory is staging The Game’s Afoot, a comedic play by Ken Ludwig set in the 1930’s. The story follows William Gillette, a Broadway star known for his portrayal of detective Sherlock Holmes, both in the play and in real life.

GlitchGlitch is the collective name of Crist Espiritu and Angge Lorente. Crist and Angge have consistently collaborated on commissioned murals and street art pieces for the last few years.
For this show, Crist Espiritu explores nostalgia and memories’ role in defining a person. Angge Lorente explores idiosyncrasies of everyday human specimens she observes.

In a venue where caprice is low, and bleeding for one’s art is a likely possibility, the artist explores the centuries-old method of Chiaroscuro(now called Tenebrism) in an attempt to give it a relatively fresh spin involving friendly and all-too-willing subjects at the Mondial du Tatouage, a tattoo convention held annually in Paris.
The result of an Alternative Canvas makes not only imagery take the center stage; it prefers the ink-on-skin to tell the individual stories.
