    Joker (2019)

    R-16 Action, Adventure, Crime
    Cast
    Joaquin Phoenix
    Director
    Todd Phillips

Dark as it may seem, it is still a fantastic movie. The point of the story is to show a realistic, sad and depressing world we live in and how it affects people. What makes joker so good is its effectivity as we feel dirty for rooting for a guy who just did “bad” things. If you’re not into the gritty reality and you would like to watch a movie for the non stop action sequences then this movie might not be for you. If you love character development for a fantastic “conclusion” then i recommend this to you.

    Bumblebee (2019)

    PG Action, Adventure, Sci-fi
    Cast
Hailee Steinfeld, John Cena, Jorge Lendeborg Jr.
    Director
    Travis Knight

This movie is very different in terms of story. Most reviews are about it not being filled with action sequences and is more catered about kids and family. I believe from those statements although its not what makes this movie bad, its what makes it better. The lack of action sequences gave time for building up a story meant to be told. We defined transformers as your “generic-all action movie” for a big box office and this movie changed that by having a different director on the helm as well as a great concept and storytelling.

    Glass (2019)

    R-13 Drama, Horror, Mystery
    Cast
James McAvoy, Bruce Willis, Samuel L. Jackson
    Director
    M. Night Shyamalan

This movie is all about how everyone is flawed around us and so is this movie. Its not the average comic book, superhero movie. Its a breath of fresh air although because of that intention and just building up from around 2 movies, its not really quite there. The movie is quite forced in terms of rewinding the characters life, pushing almost everything in just one movie. Its a great conclusion for the two movies and a great start for this universe (hoping) although your going to need to brace yourself for some long storytelling and conversation. Twists and turns are to be expected.

    G Adventure, Animation, Comedy
    Cast
John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jack McBrayer
    Director

The story was quite generic and predictable but the fantastic addition of other things (cameos) made it better.

    Escape Plan 2: Hades (2018)

    R-13 Action, Thriller
    Cast
    Sylvester Stallone, Dave Bautista
    Director
    Steven C. Miller

The movie is far from decent if you compare it to the first movie. The effects were beyond bad, there were a bunch of cringy lines and bad acting.

    Hereditary (2018)

    R-13 Drama, Horror, Mystery
    Cast
Toni Collette, Milly Shapiro, Gabriel Byrne

Another cult type of horror. It goes more on the suspenseful that on the “Scares”. Decent scares, boring most of the time imo. Scary
